We will talk with you first to determine the nature of the problem.

Once you are on the phone with our technician, you will be given a Username and Password to initiate the screen-sharing session. Unless you are an account customer, you will be asked to pay £30.00 for up to one hours live PC support, by Credit/Debit Card.

You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.

With your permission, the technician can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.

When the session is finished, we will close the connection and the live PC support software will be automatically removed from your system.
